Carolina Wedding

It’s not a summer without Rob and I being super busy each weekend. This weekend we attended Rob’s coworker’s wedding. It was on a farm in Hickory, NC.

This was our first wedding down here in the south and I sure liked it! The location was just gorgeous! Rolling hills and a view that went so far. Everyone was friendly and festive, as most southerners are. Dinner was, my fav., Carolina stlye bbq with hushpuppies, coleslaw and baked beans with some peach cobbler and banana pudding for dessert. Yum! Favors was homemade applebutter made by the bride herself! And there was cornhole. horse shoe, kegs, sparklers, even a little moonshine! We had such a great time and loved the low key, casualness of it all.
