Goodbye 2010!
Here’s to another year! 2010 was a pretty good year. We did some awesome things….and some things weren’t that awesome and always, I wish I could’ve done more. I’ll spend the rest of the day enjoying the last few moments of the year and reflect on how I’d like 2011 to be.

Christmas Crack
Last year my friend made something called Christmas Confetti. It was Captain Crunch, Fruity Pebble mixed with melted white chocolate and peanuts. It was so good we called it Christmas Crack.
This year I decided to make some for the families and work. I put my own twist on it and officially called it Christmas Crack.

Apfelwein
Last month Rob found this crazy simple drink to brew. It’s called apfelwein. It’s kind of like a cider, but only way easier to make. You take apple juice, dextrose(sugar) and wine yeast*. Combine, shake and 4 weeks later…apfelwein!
